At work I am surprised by … the amount of devotion that the audiologists have to meeting the patient’s needs and how loyalty for the amazing service is reciprocated.

My approach to client care … I always try to do my best at helping someone. If there is something that I don’t know, I will search the answer and make sure that I’ve given them something helpful so that we can solve anything for them.

My favourite quote … “People may not remember the words you’ve said, but they will always remember how you made them feel.”
